Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly check in staff. Best family room we have ever stayed in. Spacious ,Clean ,well equipped and even a balcony with a view of London.
Lovely breakfast, excellent choice. Excellent bar and quiet library area with open (all be it gas ) fires.Views over the Thames. Ouside patio area with tables and chairs with fabulous views of Canary Wharf and the Thames. Bar staff friendly and efficient and bar food excellent quality,cheap and huge portions. Cant wait for another brill offer to tempt me to book again.

We had a family meal last Friday 09/11 at the Terrace restaurant. The food was just great and the service excellent from the managers, chef and staff especially Said. We have had meals at hotels both here and abroad but this stands out as the BEST. Thank you so much for making our night out so memorable especially as due to work commitments we were celebrating our wedding anniversary 5 days earlier. Our children have told all their friends about the great time that they had. We will definitely be coming back soon. Please keep the high standards and thanks once again.
